Pancakes! (3/30/09)

M & K enjoyed some chocolate chip pancakes at lunch with Grandma Cassie yesterday following a good report from the dentist.

Boys! (Sun., 3/29/09)

Glasses!

So we just found out my daughter needed glasses and here she is modeling them after picking them up this afternoon. At first she really didn't want them but I think she is kind of loving them now! I think she looks adorable.

Stories with Grandma (3/26/09)

The kids just love when Grandma comes over and tells bedtime stories instead of reading a book. Here they all are snuggled up and getting ready for bed.

Go HoJo

Some pics of the kids all resting after a busy weekend swimming and playing in Lancaster. The kids had their own little sofabed and were quite pleased with it.

Splishin' & Splashin'

We spent Saturday at an indoor water park in Lancaster and the kids had a blast. The baby loved the water and was just crawled right in. And M & K just played in everything and bopped from pool to pool and in and out of the whirlpool. A fun time was had by all.

Masquerade!

My mom bought the kids these wooden masks and paints today and they had a blast making them. K's was actually a monkey before he slathered it in every color paint we have. M's is a pretty princess.

Fun at the Park

It was a beautiful day here and I was able to take the boys to the playground for a little bit. They both had a great time! I think the baby really enjoyed being down and crawling around on some of the equipment.

Chik-fil-A (3/16/09)

Tonight was a fundraiser for my daughter's school. They had a lady there doing balloon animals. K got a dog & M got a lady bug. They were very cute. Fun was had by all despite the look on K's face!

Carried Away (3/15/09)

The baby was loving life as he was packed up to go on a hike with daddy. He loves this carrier!

YAY Cookies!

I took the kids out to Eat & Park for breakfast today and they got free smiley face cookies with their meals. Needless to say they were pretty happy with their treat - which actually lasted until late afternoon since they were so full from breakfast.

Hair! (3/12/09)

This is a picture of my crazy long-haired baby after bath. My husband keeps trying to convince me to cut the baby's hair and I think he thought if he poofed it up and made it crazy I would get the picture. I guess it's time for a trim.

Cuties (3/11/09)

M & K are sitting on a cute little bench that was on display at our local Lowes. I loved it! It was the smallest bench I've ever seen.

"HMMM...I'm thinking bottle time!" C looks like he just came up with a great idea as we returned from our afternoon walk. The look on his face cracks me up.

Tumbling Tuesday

K had a field trip to the YMCA Gymnastics Center today. He had a ball using all of the equipment and tumbling about. This picture was taken right as he climbed out of the pit full of foam squares.

Monday - 3/9/09

The picture of M & K was taken on the front porch while they enjoyed some milder weather. The thing that really cracked me up was that M brought out all her Barbies and had her brother and 8-year-old neighbor (who is also a boy) playing High School Musical with her dolls. You'd think the boys would revolt, but they played right along and took orders very well.

I took the picture of C while he was cruising happily around the family room. I love the look on his face.

Hiking

Today my husband took the kids to a local state park to enjoy more spring-like weather.

The kids love this particular park and had a great time.

Celebrating

Tonight we headed down to Baltimore to celebrate my sister's birthday. I love this picture of M & K with my sister. The other one is me with the kids before we left home. The baby was not cooperating but I thought it was still kind of a nice picture.

Dish Duty

I think I have a picture just like this of each of my kids at this age! C has discovered the dishwasher and loves to pull out the silverware as we load and unload. Tonight's discovery was a fun bendy straw.

Wild Wednesday

Today the boys and I headed to Baltimore for a dentist appointment and had lunch with my parents. My mom got K a crazy hat for St. Patrick's Day.

C is pulling up to try and get the phone of the end table and is so pleased with himself at how quickly he can get up there now.

M is singing a song for me and bouncing on the bed - just being her normal crazy self. She's so funny!

1st Cookie (2/29/09)

C had his first baby cookie and made such a mess with it! This is a great shot of his messy face. He had cookie mush everywhere! What was even funnier is that my other two kids took forever to finish their first cookie, but C had his finished in less than five minutes!
